Processing Time:

  • ​All orders are processed within 1-3 business days {excluding weekends and holidays} Custom or specialty items require 5-7 days

Shipping Options:

  • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days-FREE on all orders

  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days- Option available soon for purchase

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want every Queen and Kween to love their crown! If you're not completely satisfied , you may return your item within 30 days of delivery - no stress, no hassle.

Items Not eligible for return:

  • Custom wigs or special orders (videos sent and customer approval are required before shipment)​

  • Items that have been altered, worn and not in original packaging

  • Final sale items

  • Free items purchased with BOGO sales

How To Start a Return:​

  • Once approved, we'll send your instructions for return

  • Once received, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on your bank
